    Inquiry & Initial Review

    Inquiries are received through our website, scheduling links, referrals, or direct contact. Each request is personally reviewed within 24–48 hours to ensure we understand your travel goals and timeline.

    Consultation & Discovery

    We schedule a complimentary consultation call to discuss your preferences, budget, dates, and vision in more detail. This allows us to determine the best planning path and ensure we are aligned before moving forward.

    Research & Design

    After our consultation call, a planning fee is required to move forward. Once received, we begin researching destinations, accommodations, and travel logistics aligned with your goals. Options are thoughtfully prepared and presented with clear next steps so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

    After selections are finalized, required forms are completed, and deposits are submitted. We confirm reservations directly with suppliers and provide clear documentation, invoices, and payment schedules.
